Damien McGovern is an Irish Barrister by training who started his career doing a ‘stage’ at the EU competition Directorate in Brussels. Damien went on to work for Deloitte, also in Brussels, advising multinationals on regulatory changes impacting their EU operations and sales, and in 2002 he founded Compliance & Risks. Damien has published articles and white papers on Compliance Knowledge Management and Compliance Innovation as a way to drive growth and competitive advantage.
Pat Lynch is a Cork based entrepreneur, business owner, angel investor and author, with two books published to date. Pat joined Compliance & Risks in 2003 as the company’s first investor and fund raiser and is now a Director. Pat also sits on the advisory board of the IGNITE Graduate Business Innovation programme in UCC.
